| Job Description: |
| We need an interactive program coordinator to work with the digital strategies function to coordinate between the strategic and executional ends. The project has several lead generation initiatives which tie IT, marketing and business units in an integrated environment. The role will be necessary addition to the team to help move all digital marketing campaigns towards the strategic goals of the organization.
Responsibilities for an Interactive Program Coordinator role include:
Assign and monitor work of technical personnel, ensuring that project steps are in alignment with business objectives, on-time and within budget.
Oversee all project activities, across IT and Business Groups. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Create and monitor detailed project plans.
Direct and manage project execution, ensuring target achievements and timely delivery. Handle shifting priorities and multiple projects independently.
Manage all project related documentation like proposals, progress reports, requirements documentation and presentations.
Provide appropriate guidance to the development team as needed.
Day to day problem solving to keep all projects moving forward. |
| Required Skills: |
• Ability to build constructive business relationships with team and ensure project support and commitment.
• Good knowledge of Digital Marketing, combination of web, email, display media, mobile, social and search marketing experience required.
• Understanding of Web Development and Design concepts along with modern web standards and trends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent project planning expertise.
• Exceptionally strong interactive project management, business analysis and reporting skills.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management Methodology and Tools, and Project Management Disciplines.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred |
