Job Description:

- Receive and sort mail and deliveries

- Provide information to callers.

- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls

- Deal with queries from customers public

- Excellent Telephonic Skills

- Must have strong communication Skills

- Can Work under pressure

- To take care of the Front Desk activities

- Answering and directing incoming calls and greeting, directing and assisting visitors

- Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

- To ensure that all telephonic inquiries are answered promptly and passed on to the respective officer/department

- Making outgoing calls to confirm orders

- Handle other tasks assigned by management
