Job Description:

BS/MS Degree in Computer Science or related field;

Expert knowledge of Great Plains required; around the following:

  • Testing and implementing new releases of Dynamics GP / Great Plains
  • Installation and implementation of new modules as needed
  • Troubleshooting issues as needed
  • Conducting user training as required
  • Writing reports as needed, per users' requests
  • *2+ years of Dynamics GP / Great Plains experience
  • Experience with core financial and payroll modules
  • Reporting experience (SSRS, FRx, Management Reporter, etc.) is a plus
  • A solid understanding Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains schema and SQL Server Architecture is required
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to correlate business needs to technology solutions is required;
  • The ability to productively communicate and work with non-technical and technical team member to ensure that the database and financial systems meet all business needs;
  • Perform regular administration duties e.g. backups and required maintenance;
  • Share on-call responsibilities;

Required Skills:
C# and VB.NET experience is required.
