Job Description:

ESOLPK IT GROUP, a leading IT products services company since 2000, is looking to hire a smart and efficient Front Desk Female Operator to handle its day to day operations of front desk:

Job Responsibilities

1- Handling of front desk reception area.

2- Telephone exchange incoming and outgoing calls handling.

3- Employees attendance handling and maintenance of records.

4- Handling visitors and appointments

5- Misc other administrative tasks

6- Recruitment activities like calling of candidates, arranging interviews, emailing them, documentation handling etc

Experience

Atleast 1-2+ years in a reputable organization as a front desk operator/receptionist. Entry level or fresh applicants may also be considered.

Salary Package

PKR 10,000-15,000 ( depending upon industry experience)

Skills and Education

Atleast Bachlors and having good spoken and written english communication skills on excel and office.

Smart, forward looking and pleasant personality is required to portray the image of our company which is one of the top IT companies in Islamabad.

Islamabad based applicants will be preffered.

Only Females are required to apply for this position.

Timings of Job

Monday - Friday 9AM - 6PM

Saturday* 9AM- 2PM (half day)

*1st Saturday of the month will be off.

Required Skills:
